Welcome to AI Home Editor! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered image creation and editing software (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
1. Service Description
AI Home Editor is a platform for creating and editing images of real estate and its interior/exterior environments. It allows users to generate and modify images using artificial intelligence tools. We offer a free trial plan and various paid plans, with details and pricing available on our plans page. AI Home Editor reserves the sole right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time without prior notice.
2. User Account and Registration
2.1. Registration: A user account is required to use the Service. To create an account, you must provide a valid email address.
2.2. Minimum Age: The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1. Permitted Use: The Service must be used only for its intended purpose of creating and editing images related to real estate, interiors, furniture, decor, architecture, and similar fields. Attempting to misuse the AI for other functionalities may result in account termination.
3.2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to create content that is hateful, infringes on third-party rights, or violates copyright laws.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
4.1. Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans, as well as one-time credit packs. Although billed annually, credits for annual plans are renewed monthly. Details on plans and pricing are available on our plans page.
4.2. Monthly Credits: Monthly credits are not cumulative. Unused credits expire at the end of the monthly cycle and are not eligible for a refund or rollover.
4.3. Cancellation and Refunds: Subscriptions must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Canceling a subscription stops the renewal, and you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle. For annual plans, you are purchasing a full year of service at a discounted rate. Refund requests for annual plans are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4.4. Payment Processor: All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly on our servers. Your use of our payment services is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI Home Editor does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not promise any specific economic outcomes from the use of images generated by the Service.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: AI Home Editor is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the Service. The user is solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
5.3. Nature of AI Services: Like any AI-based service, unexpected results or errors can occur, including incorrect image generation, hallucinations, and other issues. Always verify all generated content before using it.
6. Intellectual Property
Content created by you using AI Home Editor is your property, provided that you adhere to these Terms of Service.
7. Termination
7.1. Termination by AI Home Editor: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or misuse the Service.
7.2. Termination by User: To close your account, please contact our support team at contact@aihomeeditor.com.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
